On Travelling Notebooks

April 27, 2014 am:  Multi-tasking the whole day yesterday, April 26, 2014 . . . ascertaining sign-ups for various Travelling Notebooks and currently travelling TNs statuses and actively trading or swapping at the Postcrossing FB Forum. Took a little bit of nap after dinner and resumed. Signed-off after a fruitful session of swaps and trades at the Postcrossing FB Forum, rested again. Started again by waking up past 12 midnight working with addressing all postcards due to send this coming Monday or Wednesday and commenced work on various TNs:

1. 2 pending TFNs (for Mitch Hidalwa and Vanessa Suiza-Torres) - adding to the cover design and working on my alloted 5 pages with page background designs. Will be working on writing on the these notebooks hopefully soon.

2. adding and further decorating my 2nd Travelling Scrapbook Mini Album (back cover and front cover design) - will be put on hold until ascertain new signee participants will be joining to have this travelling.  Here's the before and after:

 3. decided to decorate my TFN for the Facebook Groups' Postcrossing Forums (handmade cards group and regular postcrossing FB forum), both front and back covers - working on the first few pages soon - to send out as soon as participants fully sign up.
Here's the before and after:

4. decorated Victoria mini notebook Creative TN cover - gettin ready to fill in first few pages, as this should be ready to go and travel. I still need a nameplate label for the cover. Looking for a rush job with a blocksmith.  Here's the before and after:

5. decorated another Victoria mini notebook Creative TN cover for Art Philippines activity with me - just need finishing touch with an adornment of metal nameplate label. Sign-ups with this is already up and waiting for participants.  Here's the before and after:

Finished past 3 am and took a few photos with my Iphone camera before turning in for the day. Woke up around past 6am for breakfast with my family and prepped up to go to hear Sunday mass at the parish church at 9am. Set everything aside and my table in order before proceeding to church.

Tiredly,

. . . sharing a glimpse of my Maxi Card monitoring notebook

Hi and hello, everyone!

It took me some time or a great deal of number of weeks to share my "Cherish" notebook devoted for Maxi card monitoring.  I was hoping I can get to issue and issue and release and release Maxi cards as needed in Postcrossing.com Forum swaps in RRs and direct swaps.

So far, I was only to have the Jose Rizal, art card, a non-photo but a sketch portrait card maxified with an art stamp also of paintings of Leonardo Cruz for Jose Rizal at 150yo

Here's the Maxi card I was able to give and yet for some aren't called a Maxi:
(though I didn't hear anymore from the respective Maxi card RR hosting authority after I said my piece)

I'd state the exception to the rule of concordance for art cards under FIAP.  And it remains for me to see and view were the paintings shown on the stamp on front, could be found / located.  I'm really hoping it's within Las Piñas City, specifically at the Las Piñas Bamboo Organ church.  Otherwise, I have nothing to say anymore about the concordance rule.

Now, here I am sharing my monitoring notebook with the hopes that I'd go on:

here's the 1st entry with the stamp on the front of my Maxi Hero's card and on the opposite page are the entries of Maxi art card releases (only sent out 2 3-pc batches).

here's the last entry where I have the remaining Maxi art cards retained in my keeping.

waiting for a chance and a opportunity for me to have a go with another Maxi card design.  this is the cover of my monitoring Maximaphily notebook of my own for my own personal use.  looking into personalizing it with customized nameplate or my own DIY name embossing.

Hope to know more on how other postcrossers and Maximaphilists do their own cards and of their monitoring devices.

. . . another batch of postcards coming in . . .

Hi, everyone!

Another or this is my 3rd disappointing note on a 3rd batch of postcards received like this.  Again, I've received or awaken with these postcards ready on top of my writing desk.  I saw these a good postcard and decided to go back to sleep and then wake up and start writing on a Travelling Recipe Notebook.

After writing on a TN and getting ready to send as soon as Holy Week Observation ends, I found these 3 postcards again stamped with a Las Piñas City postmark on the face of the postcard.  Saddening and yet unbelievably true.

Here are the postcards received, upon waking up in the wee hours of the morning, as of April 17, 2014:
