"Celebrate New Year's" Cards for Kaboodle Doodles Challenge #152: Christmas, Holiday or New Year's

Kaboodle Doodles' Challenge #152 is "Christmas, Holiday or New Year's". You could submit any project as long as it fits the challenge theme. Winner to be drawn randomly with sponsor prize of $10 voucher to Di's Digi Downlaods Tues, January 8, 2013 at US timezone. Participants have until Sun., January 6, 2013 to link their entries at the Kaboodle Doodles Challenge Blog.

The last time I created a handmade New Year's Card was last 2010 for Colorful Creations.  It was my 1st to host a challenge ever at that time and what best way to celebrate the season with a timely New Year's Card Challenge at the said site.  I've missed that and now I took the chance to create another card of the same theme solely for Kaboodle Doodles.

Here's my NYE card:
