I would like to share with you the postcards that I've been waiting for since August or was it September 2013. These were from a direct swap at Postcrossing.com from a postcard swap or trader from Russia. It had been a long process of communication from receiving the Russian group's invite for a swap/trade to choosing among their catalogue and the waiting, of course! I tracked the postcards and had lost hope when I saw that these went to Japan. And honestly, I was surprised the postcards did arrive days after Typhoon Yolanda / Haiyan had hit my country.
Here's sharing the photo of the set of Russian postcards from Vlad Kokorin (tisse):
I've sent my postcards to them which is my part of the postcard swap / trade, a day or 2 upon receipt of the above postcards.

Here are postcards, I've recieved yesterday - Nov. 19, 2013:
these are postcards from:
- HongKong (a painting on a postcard);
- Finland (a view of an artwork featuring all wood on a postcard . . . this makes me miss my wood grain scrapbook paper which I had with me since a year or so which came from the US - I wonder where that 1 wood grain scrapbook pattern paper went too); and
- Sweden (a handmade postcard).
