Good morning and a Happy month of March 2014 to everyone!
I would like to share with you an LO with a memorabilla. It has been year 2012 when my family and I visited Bencab Museum in Baguio City. And the Museum Guide with a signature of Bencab is one of my keepsake, souvenir which is now part of my LO for this month's sketch challenge at the Filipino Scrapbookers Challenge Blog.
I was suppose to do an LO with this autographed Museum Guide as early as last year but it is only this year 2014 that I found where I had this memorabilla kept. I could remember Bencab's signature as legibly written without a ballpen ink gap on the Museum Guide when I had the opportunity for him to autograph it for me, but looking at this one coming from my safekeeping . . . . it look the same and yet so different. It was as if, this one I have sported on my LO has been done at an earlier period of time and a little bit so hurriedly.
Anyway, here's sharing the photo of my LO with a Bencab authographed Guide from his Museum when I last visited:

I heard that Bencab wouldn't give out an autograph so easily, that's why I was so appreciative of the chance given to me last 2012 for affording me and letting me have an autographed piece from his Museum. ;-)
I went to going vintage on my LO veering to showcasing more Philippine made embellishments and products. My base paper was from my stash, the very 1st pattern papers I could get my hands on at that early point in time when I was just starting with this hobby. Thanks to my Fashion Wars gaming friends in Facebook way back in year 2010. Another pattern paper utilized on my LO is from MM, thanks to Gourdo's World Market. Doily for more added vintage and shabby chic design, thanks to Cheryl. Big flower handmade by Jade Basco Mayor from Jade's Crafting Journey. Dyed abaca twine, buttons, washi tapes, mini flowers and stamens also from Jade's Crafting Journey, adorned my LO. Resins molded by different crafters in Manila: cameo from Gale G. Solon; frame resin from our very own FSCB DT Bessie D. del Rosario with her Scrap Happy; and assortment of resins from Reyna Jose Walus of Mama Bear Shop. Clay embellishments salvaged from an old home decor which was already thrown away years back. Metal charms from Gale G. Solon too. {I'm still looking for my bunch of metal charms from Karen Ngo Filipino of Scrap Buddy, procured a few years back even before I found Gale G. Solon's online shop.} I also heat embossed on one vacant spot on my LO with clock stamps also from Bessie's Scrap Happy and copper embossing powder from Inkadinkado. And save for last, I added Floppy Latte Designs dogwood digital stamp. Wishing Steph's Floppy Latte Designs online shop would come back again when I do return to manage and scrap again for my 2 challenge blogs: Filipino Scrapbookers Challenge Blog and Kaboodle Doodles Challenge Blog.
