Hi, again!
It took me awhile to post about my 3-day effort last month of June.
It's about my work on improving at first my Scrapbook Layouts. But when I each released each of my Layouts from their respective Protective Page Protectors, my very 1st Layouts from my 1st to 2nd year into the Scrapbooking Hobby had to be restored or maintained.
Before I inspected my 13 Scrapbook 12x12 Albums, my idea was to properly label or sign each of my paper traditional Scrapbook LOs all neatly tucked in their respective Scrapbook Albums.
It has been my idea to do so since late year 2010 to early 2011, specially when I received an acrylic stamp as gift from one of my most loved Filipina Scrapbooker and former schoolmate when I was in Highschool from a Christmas Card Swap I hosted in year 2011. or was it year 2010?
Anyway, doing my task for 3 days non-stop, of affixing each blog name the layout was created under and my name also with now my stamp signature, I found almost all layouts needs to be re-touched, improved for some in furniture terminology - re-furbished.
The above, I aim to do as soon as i possibly can with the help of a creative requirement where I am still with.
For now, I'm sharing the various LO signatures I have marked on each of the back of my pages:
I'm not showing my final signature designs on the latest finished paper traditional layouts I have created 1st quarter of 2014. But the 2 above, approximately shows the overall design.
PURPOSE:
I really wanted to someday have a real exhibit for Scrapbook Art, whether paper or digital, to be part of the Visual Arts Sector of Philippine Art. or could it be Allied Arts Sector?
I know these can be possible, as currently our Needlecrafters or Stitchers thru Philippine Stitchers under PPS with the help of the Amorsolo Foundation are currently holding Art Gallery exhibits thru DMC, Philippines. . . . creating the crossstitch patterns, stitching, costing, pricing, exhibiting and selling. It really is wonderful and great!!
I hope the Scrapbookers here in the Philippines would be able to render the same in terms of Scrapbook Layouts or LOs.
