I have been always craving to get my hands on a shadow boxes from fellow scrapper - educators here locally for me to have a hand on decorating one. . . One of each kind of shadow box. I have no problems with artist's tray and printer's tray, as these were readily available at the time I signed up and asked for materials. Though I don't attend the workshops that are attached to the artist's tray in real, I was able to re-create and make my own.
Today, I still have one more artist's tray to decorate at a whim and at will. I have been thinking of the designs for years now and the perfect project for it.
Thanks to Simple Joys / Regalong Pambahay, I was able to get my hands on my very first shadow box with them. It's really great since the shadow box they have came with glass - making it a perfect home decor . . . . unlike the previous ones I was clamoring for. =)
The shadow box I got was a plain green wooden box with glass. Drawer-type much to my liking. I'm afraid I haven't taken a 'before' photo. . . . but I know I did upon taking the wooden box home.
I'm now sharing, photos of my decorated shadow box for Christmas:
