"Love is a Many Splendored Thing" LO for Scrappy Bee

I worked with another LO with 
the month of February 2015's release of

Scrappy Bee's 

"A Love Story" digital kit:

I had so much fun creating another layout with the digital kit and

here I am now sharing my prepared project with Scrappy Bee's A Love Story . . .

I never thought I'd create a Father's Day LO with a valentine themed material.  But I do remember explaining to my dad on the day of his Father's Day celebration the answer to his question of what movie it was that was a great inspiration.  I told him "the Love Story" and the inspirational quote in a song that "Love is a many splendored thing".

You know my dad loves asking what it really was that things had come to be.  Or how a design of mine came to be, what is it?  He would usually ask my mom after I told my mom thru stories in my life what my inspirations are.

Anyway,  the LO is reminder of the first time my dad asked me about things.  And it was Father's Day 2014.  He need not know that those are things that makes me go on.  Not material things provided to me.  It is my emotional nourishment that sometimes people around no longer provides.  All I could see are people lacking in love and appreciation, until I saw myself  . . . me too.   Am lacking in the feeling of being loved and appreciated, and not just a home fixture of a daughter or a reunion organizer fixture.

I wish and hope everybody feels loved soon and so am I.


My LO is about the use of white space.  How I clustered everything in one part of the canvas.  And the rest are open space or white space, albeit decored with pattern paper, but nonetheless utilizing the most white space that I could free up and not clutter with embellishments.
