Awardee of International Prize Award Dante Alighierri

Hi!

In January 2017, I received the invitation to receive the International Prize Award Dante Alighierri together with other few awardees chosen by known curators - Salvatore Russo and Francesco Saverio Russo.  Held in the heart of Peschiera del Garda at the Caserma Del' Artiglieria during the Biennale Italy Peschiera del Garda.

I sent my reply and requirements all ready in February 2017.

I wasn't able to be in attendance to the event,

but gracing the video presentation at 

the Biennale Italy Peschierra del Garda for

my International Prize Award Dante Alighierri is

one of my Kathleen Hernandez Creo by Lady Katutz artworks.

This one is my Roses VII - my artwork in mixed media scrapbook art:

made me bequethe the name Roses E - Infinity to my Roses VII

(as I have promised in year 2013 if should I reach this point and year in creating)

under my Creo by Lady Katutz (CBLK) Art Series V: Roses.

Should there be a clamor for a Roses IX and X.

These will be under my other Art Series

(The above or aforementioned,

as I have discussed and divulged in year 2013

and in agreement with myself in year 2015 in discussion

at Las Piñas City Hall compound at the PHLpost branch office.

With this I hope to get to purchase the Valentine's mini sheet and

stamp releases of PHLpost since year 2011 up to year 2016

or up to present time for maximaphily purposes and maximaphily art cards

or just maxicard and maxicard art.)

These have been my art dreams but have never planned being so
in my teen-age years
planning years 1987 - 1989 - from HS days (years 1986 - 1990)
 as a true hobbyist on the side starting in those years
with just little work,
playing the piano and doing recitals,
reading pocketbooks aside from regular and extra textbooks
and just crossstitching)
I have been turning these plans and confirming the final ones
should I get to do art per se
(years 1990-1992)

These were as I finish my BS in Accountancy at DLSU - Main
at Taft Ave., Manila
still a hobbyist on the side crossstitching one and a few,
playing the piano or being a pianist doing recitals,
entering piano competitions and doing 2 group concerts nationwide
(years May 1990 - December 1993),

should I reach the point of going Artist
after hurdling everything with my profession
studying, learning, being and working as
a Certified Public Accountant,
reaching 10 years of work experience in all fields in
this profession
while being a hobbyist on the side all those times.

Now, more of an Artist than an Accountant this 2nd decade
of the Millenium.
I did retire in the 1st mid-part of the 1st decade of the Millenium.

My inspiration for my artwork above is

my Roses flower photography art with

photo captured from our own family garden.

The above artwork was done in my own
mixed media scrapbook technique.

I'm proud and have fnally reached the mark and milestone of
having a simple scrapbook art recognized as
an artwork in the international art scene in Italy,
with known art curators and the team of El Russo,
Seradifalco and featured in an International Contemporary Art Magazine
circulated in choice museums and art galleries abroad by
these art curators and group of international art magazine staff and directors.

Thanks for this moment that I have wanted since I turned
Scrapbook Artis in September 2010 by virtue of USA-found Colorful Creations.

From being 100% Full-time Hobbyist since March 2006
in my hobby of crossstitching
as Brooches n' Crossstitches (BnC) and papier tole crafts,

a Digital Artist starting in Digital Scrapbook art since year 2012
(could my few works of digital scrapbook LOs and layouts
 in year 2011 qualify to mark the start of me being a Digital Artist?)

a Digital Kit Designer and Artist in year 2015
who could only manage to make 1 digital kit every 2 years,
after training as CT member making digital layouts since year 2013.

a Visual Artist in year 2015 with USA' The Big Art Directory by Tony Radford.
