"Love n Friendship" Card for Kaboodle Doodles Challenge #137: Babies or Children

Kaboodle Doodles' Challenge #137 is "Babies or Children". You could submit any project as long as it fits the challenge theme. Winner to be drawn randomly with sponsor prize of $10 voucher from Di's Digi Downloads Tues, September 25, 2012 at US timezone. Participants have until Sun., September 23, 2012 to link their entries at the Kaboodle Doodles Challenge Blog.

I'm bad with creating baby cards.  Thus, for this week's challenge, I resorted to going through some of my unfinished handmade cards and found this wonderful semi-vintage handmade card in pink.  I wasn't that agreeable and had thought that it needed more than just how it appears and thus, I chucked it in my card compilation waiting for the right inspiration to bring it to it's needed finishing touches.  

With the children vintage photo, I thought of how it was when we were young - me and my neighbors, friends and classmates.  And I thought of how things are now with them.  Some have gone far away and some after more than 20 years of no news or communication, they're coming back to say hi and hello.  Thus, I added a long sentiment to this said semi-finished pink vintage card.  All I had to say to my old and long lost friends . . . is . . . it's about LOVE & FRIENDSHIP.  With this I'm wishing all of my long lost friends well wherever they are.  I think I'd be glad to see them once again after all these years.
