"Friend" Altered Frame for Kaboodle Doodles Challenge #143: Fall themed - Cards, Gift Boxes or Decors

Kaboodle Doodles' Challenge #143 is "Fall themed - Cards, Gift Boxes or Decors". You could submit any project as long as it fits the challenge theme. I have a few bunch of frames on storage.  I guess I was hoarding a few frames with thoughts of creating or altering them as either shadow boxes or just an altered frame.  Well, this week's challenge sure got me right at work with (1) of my frames in storage / stash.  I looked for a few of my fall themed materials and found in my search:  fall leaves from Michelle Hodges, a bunch of charms left over from cross-stitching days, extra twine, a bunch of chipboards I got on sale from Karen Filipino & the chipboard title for my project coming from Virginia Cortez all the way from Brunei.  Thanks to you ladies & friends - that did made my project possible.  Without further adieu, here's my altered project:
